How to identify PCB, BOM and BIOS revision
To find out about the CPU support table for your motherboard, it is necessary to identify the PCB, BOM and BIOS revision of your motherboard first. The support for CPUs might be different according to its revision.
PCB Revision
The PCB revision number is a silkscreen on the PCB. You can always find beside the model number sticker label.
BOM Revision
On top of serial port you can find the following label indicating lot information. The BOM revision is shown on the cell after “V”. In the example below the BOM revision is “12”.
BIOS Revision
The BIOS revision can be found in the 3rd line from the boot screen
