LCD instance trouble

No Power, no function

 
  • Set the power switch to ON on the LCD panel. The LED will light up on the front of the panel.
  • Make sure the power cord in the back of the panel is securely connected into a power outlet.
  • Check the power source using another electrical device to make sure the power source is supplying sufficient voltage.
  • Power on but no video

     
  • Make sure the video cable supplied with the panel is tightly secured to the video card in the computer.
  • Check the power-saving mode, click a button or move the mouse to end the power-saving mode
  • Under circumstances modern graphic cards have several signal output options . Please test this by sticking the signal cable in the additional output and check if it is functioning.
  • Please check the socket of the signal cable of the monitor. If the pins are bent or lost, please contact the dealer.
  • Please refer to your manual whether you need a special adapter socket
  • Colour problems
     
  • Please check the signal cable to make sure that it is connected correctly to the monitor as well as to the graphic card in case a specific colour is missing.
  • Please check the socket of the signal cable of the monitor. If the pins are bent or lost, please contact the dealer.
  • Test the Monitor by connecting it to a different computer.
  • Scrolling Image
     

    Make sure the video input signals are within the monitor's specified frequency range.Try the monitor with another power source and/or computer system. Connect the video cable securely.
