Thunder Protection Technology from Jetway Thunder Series Motherboard
Jetway Thunder series motherboards are integrated with double thunder-protection walls, one from network port and the other from LAN chip. The first thunder-protection wall will analyze and identify thunderbolt surges in network cable when it thunders and transfer thunder surge to ground wire area. The second thunder-protection wall will protect against any residual electric current or runaway electrons to ensure safety of network card and other components from the motherboard.
Laboratory test statistics on IEC61000-4-5 (1.2-50us) specialized thunderbolt surge tests have verified that Jetway Thunder series motherboard can endure up to 9KV thunderbolt surge and protect the system from possible thunder damage.

Designed to run with the next-generation PCI Express bus architecture; the motherboard offers 1 PCI Express x16 slot with 16 lanes bandwidth to support PCI-Express interface compatible add-in cards.
CPU Thermal Throttling / The Anti-superheated CPU protection Technology
To prevent the increasing heat from damaging of CPU while the activation of the Bi-turbo technology, the CPU Thermal Throttling Technology will make CPU be idling from 87.5% to 12.5% by manually preset CPU operating temperature from 40 to 90. When the system senses the climbing operating temperature of CPU over the value preset, CPU Thermal Throttling Technology will narrow the operating bandwidth of CPU actively to low down the temperature to the value preset as the perfect protection system of hardware dynamic over-clocking technology.
Serial ATA2 with RAID
Serial ATA2 is an evolutionary replacement for the Parallel ATA physical storage interface. Users of the Serial ATA2 interface benefit from greater speed, simpler upgradeable storage devices and easier configuration. Integrated Serial ATA2 controller of high-speed data transfers at up to 300 MB/s for each port and optional available on different model is RAID 0 and RAID 1 support.
